How I look after your details

• Your email address.
• Your first name, if you choose to give it.
• Your answers to the Reality Check, and the scores and report worked out from them.
• Whether you ticked the box for my follow-up notes, and when.
• If you buy the Career Moves Blueprint: your purchase details and the career goals you tell me about. Card payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.

• To work out and show you your report, and keep it at your private link.
• To email you your report.
• To send you my follow-up notes, only if you ticked the box. Two weeks of short notes, then I'll leave you alone.
• To write and deliver your Blueprint if you buy one, and email you a receipt and thank-you.
• To improve the Reality Check, looking at answers in anonymous, combined form.

A small number of trusted services process your details on my behalf:

• Lovable (with its cloud providers) hosts the site and stores your answers.
• Lovable's email service sends your report and Blueprint emails.
• Resend sends my follow-up notes, if you asked for them.
• Stripe handles payments.
• An AI provider (accessed through Lovable) writes your Blueprint from your answers and goals. It doesn't use them for anything else.

I never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

I keep your answers and report for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. two years] so your link keeps working, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off. You can also just reply and tell me.

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] and I'll send you a copy of what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. I'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
